I mean, to show a before with no makeup and bad lighting and show the after with make-up, highlighter and professional lighting doesn't really show us the true results.

I've been using collagen for the last couple months and I can see a HUGE difference in my hair, skin, and nails. Honestly, I just felt better overall. I did have to take my braids down early because my hair grew so fast. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

Sugar breaks down collagen faster than aging itself, so putting it in brownies would be counter productive.

Collagen is also good for joints. I notice a diff with my work out. Usually my knees hurt 🤕. Not after taking collagen. Much better.

I suffered a torn mcl and was in excruciating pain for almost 2 years and never thought I’d be able to bend that leg again. It’s been slowly getting better on its own but I just bought some collagen to boost. Not a single one of my doctors, therapists or surgeons mentioned this oNCe! We really have to do our own research out here on everything 💪🏾🙏🏾💃🏽

I started taking collagen for my joints and was really pleasantly surprised how after a few weeks I noticed I was moving better, less stiff, and not needing my arthritis medication. My skin and hair benefited as well. I'm a huge believer in collagen now.

I used collagen for an entire year (powder form along with nature's bounty), and my skin was definitely brighter. Hair grew at a quicker rate as well. I'm 28 and people thought I was 24. I was also on a diet though. I think collagen works if you take it everyday, along with a healthy diet.

I started using it about 9 months ago and can honestly say I stated seeing noticeable difference after 2 months in my nails and face. I've tried various brands too. I wasn't always consistent, but am now that I know I can mix it in virtually EVERYTHING - hot or cold. In sauces, mash potatoes, teas, coffees, baking, etc. My bald patches (alopecia) have been a lot slower in filling up, but they are growing back stronger.
I noticed the difference when I stopped for a week. My zits came out to party and my nails went back to chipping like crazy. Can't do without it now. I target a few brands with at least 3-5 of the main collagen types (I, II, III, IV and V), ensure it's grass - fed and hydrolysed powder. I stock up during sales so I never pay full price. Collagen does work . The first positive effect that I saw was how fast and strong my hair and nails was growing. My knee pain after a sports injury was also less painful. Not sure about my skin. Collagen has become part of my daily supplement.

I started taking collagen about six months ago, and I can definitely see an improvement on my skin. I believe the name of the brand is Besha. Something interesting is that I can swear my acne scars have almost disappeared. I haven't read much about acne scars and collagen, but my skin just seems more supple.

Just started my journey today. I plan on adding it to my tea, fresh juice and water. I heard collagen is good for cellulite, so I am motivated to try this for at least 60 days along with 100 squats per day. Wish me luck.

I tried the same brand. I loved the fact that it blended well into both hot and cold beverages and had no noticeable taste. However, I did not observe any changes.

Yes I'm gonna try collagen. I'm in my 60's my nails are brittle and my hair is thinning. I need it! I wish I'd started using it about 10-15 years ago. Thanks for the video😊

I take the Rae collagen powder supplement. It’s been about 3 weeks and I can tell you. I see improvements. My skin is softer and it’s does absorb my moisturizers better. I had this deep scar on my face that was their for two months and I soon as I began taking collagen supplements the is disappearing along with acne scars. Even the dark circles under my eyes seem brighter.

I started using collagen about 3 weeks ago. I can't say there's been a mega difference (still too early to tell). That said, I get really bad dry, itchy skin on my upper arms, and that's calmed right down.

One week and I see a difference, my hair is falling out less and my nails are stronger and growing like crazy. The one amazing thing too is my joints hurt less and I’m more energetic
