I wondered. With hips you got, extension, flexion, abduction, adduction, internal and external Rotation. Is that the same for the shoulder? And if so. Would be a trap 3 raise a flexion and dips extension? Shoulder raises or Presses would then be abduction? External Rotation is pretty self explanatory. So what about internal rotation and adduction of the shoulder. Is that already Covered in other excercises? And if not. Are those less important? And if so why? I just randomly thought about it, cause the shoulders kinda are the hips of the upper body, arent they🤔
