Suggestion : Make a video about ALL the various Chinese jarred sauces. We see a lot of MYSTERY Chinese jarred sauces and have no idea what they are for. We can't buy them all, just to try them. We need to be educated about them.

oh my god this is my entire life. my family doesn’t buy ground meat because it’s cheaper to do it yourself. i’m always the yourself though lmao

I learned "chitatap" (chopping the meat until fine) from the anime golden kamuy, really helped when we didn't have a food processor

It tastes better because it's coarser when minced with hand, you can use coarse setting with the grinder as well.

For minced/ground chicken and pork with a food processor, slice up the meat into strips then freeze on a lined baking sheet. Once frozen, run through the food processor in small batches until the desired texture/dice is achieved.
I then portion out the minced/ground meat into bags and freeze for later use.
Really saves the hands.

Add a 1/4 cup of water to the store bought ground round and it becomes finely minced. It’s great for burritos or chili.
