Easiest Way to Cut Open Pomegranate in 2 MIN

First make an incision in the top part of the pomegranate and then pry open the top part and pop it open like a lid. It comes right off. Start by cutting the skin of the pomegranate right on the ridge of one of the sections. After all cuts are made gently open the pomegranate and the pomegranate will open easily separated by the white walls of pulp.

I juiced my pomegranate tonight. Gets rid of the seeds that way, too. But the juice is not clear and dark red like the stuff at the store. It's a pretty, cloudy, pinkish color. It tastes so much better than the commercially filtered juice. Thanks for the perfect cutting advice!

Great way to cut poms. I grow my own so for clarity you are actually cutting the bottom of the pomegranate. The top is smooth except a tiny place where the stem was attached 😊
