Lord muruga does help many people. A heartful devotion is required. Calm down and put your heart in prayer to him. One will see changes happening the same day. HEARTFUL DEVOTION (BHAKTI) IS IMPORTANT.😊😊😊❤

I must say that I have been doing hum sa meditation for 6 months and it really helping me, Sir teachings are wonderful and excellent. But I also want to add there was a time I suffered with extreme depression and anxiety and thought of killing myself daily, if someone would have given me this advice at that time I would have said you are an idiot 😅 because an extreme anxious mind has no patience and meditation require patience. The best thing one can do is drop all stressfull activities and surround themselves with beautiful people and nature and when you come to the point where you have some patience and faith start watching your breath (took me 2 years to come to a point where I can do meditation)
