Super easy 5 min green juice recipe:
* as MUCH spinach/kale as you want
* 1 apple
* 1 cup frozen pineapple / mango
* water (less for a thicker consistency)
Throw all into blender and VOILA!

I’ve always appreciated how open and honest you were about your journey in motherhood. You’re so relatable and down to earth 💜

I appreciate it. Also I'm staying understanding that most people do not have lucky genetics. You're so lucky and cute! I was about your size after my first pregnancy, and after my second I gained quite a bit more. I think you're correct on that weight gain during pregnancy matters a lot. The less I gained the better I looked after each child. I had 4 children! I had a mini tummy tuck right following my second c section (in the delivery table) and omg my tummy was so flat I felt so AMAZING. But I was telling the whole world all that time every time I was complimented "thanks, I had a tummy tuck!". After my 3rd and 4th babies I was a lot older and also gained more oops. So I decided after my last child I would get a breast reduction and lift, lipo 360 and a full tummy tuck with muscle repair. I look really nice now but I DEFINITELY don't look like I would've if I didn't get work done. I notice I got a lot of compliments on my body from new moms and friends so I was sure to always be totally transparent about plastic surgery. I never want a new mom comparing herself to me feeling like she isn't enough and her body isn't good. Because it's NORMAL to not look the same as you did at 19 before having children.
I also got really lucky in never getting any stretch marks because of genetics. My mother has 2 children and has a perfect body. She would always compare herself to me and make it seem like I just wasn't working hard enough, but no amount of working out would've fixed my skin.
Ladies, you're beautiful and it's normal to have changes in your body after children. Everyone is different and Karina is so lucky to look so amazing. Most people just don't have those stellar genetics.. and that's okay.
Normalize moms having stretch marks. Normalize mom tummies. Normalize smaller bodies. Normalize bigger bodies. Normalize plastic surgery. Normalize realistic expectations. Remember we unfortunately don't get to choose our bodies; unless we have plastic surgery ;)

We all get stretch marks, even her, so don't feel bad! It's a natural thing, perfect just barbie.

To those hate comments…working out doesn’t always give you boobs or a butt. In some cases, it gets rid of them. Like for me, when I work out I lose boobs and butt and gain more in my thighs and my arms bc I have very muscular thighs and that’s where I build muscle the quickest/easiest. When I don’t work out as much, fat settles in my boobs and butt and hips instead.

I'm not a mom but these are some good tips for the future. Honestly, our bodies are amazing whit all these changes. And for those who say to get your bodies back fast is either a man (like you said) or a woman that has never gone through pregnancy.
Thank you for the juice recipe.

I admire you so much for spreading body positivity for mothers who struggle so much mentally and physically postpartum. We should all try to be happy and healthy for ourselves! 💅 💜 Love you!

We gave birth around the same time this year! I had twins on September 11! I agree with you, genetics counts for a lot in finding our body. 2 months after giving birth, my body came back the same as before without any stretch marks or anything and WITHOUT effort. We are lucky this way!!! Yay!!!

Currently expecting my first and I'm a nervous wreck! I thought every baby bump looked the same and you only gain weight on your belly, boy was I wrong. Stretch marks everywhere even my knees!! Back rolls I didn't expect and my arms ballooned. I don't have the cute baby bump and my gut hangs and it's not firm at all. I wish I knew all of this, I thought something was wrong. Also didn't know you could gain over fifty pounds even if you don't eat constantly. I was freaking out when I started experiencing issues with my teeth, crazy cavities and even tooth decay. Luckily my bf already has kids so he's been reassuring me that it's all normal and not all pregnancies are the same for every mother. Thank you for all of the advice and especially when it comes to "bouncing back" our health and the health of our babies should always be the priority.

I just gave birth on January 26th. The most struggling part was getting milk. This is my 2nd baby too. But after 6 weeks it’s been so much better. Thank you for the positive motivation 💜. Now I’m producing almost 1000 mls a day.
