Hi, best explanation as to why PT did not help my knee and made it worse. They spent all their time trying to force my knee to full extension and bend. Which even the ortho said... not full extension, arthritis. Now i know i was not imagining it. Thank you

Your such blessing. Your video discribe my left knee to a tee. Although I am no longer a runner and I am in those golden year now I suffer from your prognosis. Please send the link for your suggestion in this video. Boy what I would give to be able to visit your clinic. I live in California so I rely on your videos for ways to help me. Thank you so much for your help. God bless you.

These videos are very informative and confirms what I know to be true, despite what ortho surgeons have told me. It is clear that the surgeons really know very little outside the scope of the procedures they perform. You were right, therapy was damaging in my case. Regarding your patella recovery program, is there a way to contact you to ask you a specific question about my situation?

About 12 weeks out from hip surgery they start with exercises to help one stand up straight again. Can you go over those types of exercises and explain why they work in a video? Looking forward to that. How long will it take to see positive changes in posture?

Would this program help me after a non displaced knee fracture. I’m a runner, for about 50 years and I still want to be able to run a couple miles here and there. Thanks for all your free content!

Got diagnosed with chondromalacia patella after a deep bone bruise in my femor. It turns out that my quad atrophied and I couldn't straighten it for 6 months due to the loss of mind muscle connection which the doctor and PT both missed. I was put on glute and hip PT which only made the problem worse. Quad PT now has me walking normal again and the only pain I get is going up and down stairs or if I try to jump. Have you seen this before?
