Yes please Tammy do a video on hair care. I love your hair and wish my hair would look half as good as yours. Yes need a video on hair and aging. Personally I think as long as it's healthy and now all stringy on the ends like a horses mane, long hair looks lovely on an older woman o think it might actually make them seem younger.

Thank you Tammy for some great tips. I take good care of my skin & sometimes we are our own worst critic. A few weeks ago I was at my daughter's & they were going out shopping and asked me along. I declined as all I had on was a tinted sunscreen, brows, mascara, and lip conditioner. My 17 year old granddaughter said Nana you don't need any makeup, you have better skin than most of my friends. I added a bit of blush, filled my lips in with a pencil and gloss & went out the door. Menopause has really changed my hair. I have gone from slick straight to naturally curly. Also I have always been ash blonde and it has darkened. My gray seems to be all in the front. So I let my natural color grow out and had strategic highlights added. Especially in the front where most of my gray is, followed with an ash toner. Along the front, because of the gray my hair is almost the color of my childhood. Yes I wear my hair long & proud. Another little tip. My lower lip has lost volume. I add a little shadow under the lower lip giving the illusion of a pout. No matter what a cheerful smile is every woman's best asset. xoxo
