Fish definitely helps our skin, I had a classmate that was 47 and looked in her thirties with no skin care nor workout, I think it’s sleep, water, food and most importantly clean heart AKA peaceful heart. Also we should be grateful for growing another year and staying alive in a good health. Society has to stop shaming how old or ask how old are we. ❤

I started drinking organic green tea and matcha in my 20s. I’ve avoided red meat and eat fish 🐠 and eggs 🥚. I never smoked and RARELY drink alcohol. I’ve also exercised and began doing crunches again after 6 weeks of giving birth to my son. Yoga is a daily part of my routine. I’ve never stopped. I’m 48 now and all of these practices WORK. 😅❤
Edit: I don’t use retinol but I do a vitamin C citrus 🍊 peel once per week which assists in cell turnover and lightened aged spots.
PS: They forgot to mention sugar. I’ve avoided sugar like the plague in my youth because I was afraid of breakouts. This woman definitely avoids sugars and fast food etc. For those trying to say it’s her genes 🧬, nope. There are plenty of overweight aging Filipinos out there with inflammation. 😉

Yep! As a filipina I can confirmed that most of us Filipinas don’t age at 40. 60s maybe. But 40s are still young here

She looks great no matter what her age is. I see 20 year olds out of shape. It's not only genetics. Its life style choices as well. People just want to say it's genes because then they can say ' no to excercise and clean eating ' lol

She has very good lifestyle and self-discipline when it comes to food, workouts and self-care but also she has facial enhancements such as botox, fillers, etc. You can tell because no matter what facial expressions she does her face doesn’t move particularly her forehead and cheeks. 😊

40's are no big deal. The 55 plus is what will matter. It amazes me of what happens after 55. Keep up the videos and I will check back in 10 plus years.

I am 46, drink wine and look 15 years younger! Sometimes is just genetics, my dad looked younger his age, my dads mother barely had any wrinkles at 70. I do sleep 8/9 hours a day because my soul needs to regenerate, and I do exercise which is very important for the flow of energy and good function of cells. I also use frequency medicine, sound therapy to correct any imbalances in my body. Is just not about looking younger, is about feeling good and loving yourself. When your inner world is peace and joy, your eyes and your expression will reflect that. This is why sometimes someone compliments us or maybe they ask if we have done something to ourselves, we simply radiate light and that is the secret to beauty.

Once I broke my glasses, and before I got a new pair, I just lived without wearing any. It was then that I met a woman who I first thought was 18. I was immensely surprised to find out she was 40. I then spent quite a lot of time thinking what made her look that young. In fact, it was not perfect skin (she did have some wrinkles). It was how she moved and talked and laughed, her whole lifestyle - like that of a very young person!
And that's what I see in Joleen. She's amazing! 😍

I’m 45. I credit my youthfulness to my Nigerian genetics and having oily skin. I also do not drink or smoke. I drink a gallon of water a day (that’s what my body needs, not saying you need to do that too. Drink to thirst.) I have never had any work done. My mom is 66 and doesn’t have one wrinkle.

I've eaten healthily and exercised since I was in my teens - I don't eat red meat. I looked in my twenties when I was 36. I started to use Tretinon in my late-30s and Botox in my forehead and around my eyes. - I think that's important, and I can still move my brows and smile genuinely (get a pro). Today, I'm 60 and people are always surprised by my age. It's important to start young, use sunscreen, and stay consistent. I also keep my hair long and colored, wear minimal makeup, and don't overpluck my eyebrows. I also try to look current. Try to be grateful for what you have. Have varied interests. Make good friends. And get a dog, too - she's my lifesaver!

Everyone always says genetics and that could be true . But it really is up to your lifestyle at the end of the day. I’ve seen some women who look 30 while they’re 60… none of their family members look young except them .

Genetics is when you don’t take care of yourself, don’t stay healthy etc etc and still look young and still never get sick.

This is genetics, plus surgical intervention, plus a good diet and self care. She’s obviously worked hard, but let’s not deny the other two components as well.

I’m 52 and I’ve never smoked in my life. I think I’ve only had a handful of drinks throughout my life. It’s a choice to be healthy and age like wines. My exercise is walking at least 10k steps per day and Pilates 3 times a week. I also rock climb once a week. I’ve cut sugar a year ago and I feel even better than before. I’ve used tretinoin (vitamin A) since I was in my late 40s and to date, no wrinkles as well. My beauty routine is always double cleanse at night, copper peptide, tretinoin and moisturizer. Daytime is Vit C, moisturizer and SPF (always!). Oh and I’ve been drinking bone broth since I was a child. I’ve never been one who likes fast food so lucky me. It’s always lots of vege, fish and eggs. And, matcha daily 😉 My goal is not to look younger than my age (but it’s a bonus). My aim is to grow old healthy and not need any assistance nor hospitals 😉
