Hey G, I’ve made this bread at least 7 times since I saw the recipe on your blog. It’s so easy and tastes incredible. My family and I are on vacation and I cooked Italian food which I usually bake your no knead artisan bread for but since I didn’t have my Dutch oven with so I made this. My in-laws devoured the bread. My mom in law couldn’t believe that it was made with no yeast. She talked about it the whole evening. You rock Gemma🥰😘

Hi, I substituted wheat flour with a gluten-free flour mix (which contains psyllium) and added a little less yogurt (soy yoghurt). Delicious!! Thanks for the recipe!

I absolutely love these, they freeze well too. Saw the recipe a couple of years ago. I add either fresh or dry parsley, garlic and chilli.

Gemma I must say Thankyou. I did an Indian menu for my children yesterday. I made these but triple the recipe on my Blackstone grill. Are you able to tell us how long it keeps in uncooked in the frig? I'm going to try to keep it for 2 or 3 days. It would help when everyone comes home.

I love this recipe it's a great way to sneak calcium in someone diet. To make it more healthier can I use Greek yogurt and whole wheat flour?

I made these a couple of nights ago to go with a pork loin roast meal and they were amazing! I will definitely make again and again. I learned the hard way, though, and stacked the rolled circles in between waxed paper. I let them sit for 15 mins because I was busy doing other things for the dinner. When I wanted to peel them off to cook up they STUCK to the waxed paper (ugh it was nearly impossible to get them off), so next time I'll flour the paper to make them slide off. I have a big Costco sized container of plain greek yogurt in my frig waiting to be used for the next batch!

How long will they last in the freezer? In the fridge?
Garlic butter recipe?
And is the dip recipe available? Or store bought? It looks delicious too!
