Your obsession with to do lists and calendars inspired me to do the same. I'm a teacher's aide for preschool doing remote learning. I started using my erasable calendar again (haven't used it since college) and keeping a notebook of to do lists. It is helping me so much to stay calm and not get so overwhelmed.
