Cool morning routine! ✨ Pre-Optometry student here.. 🙋🏻‍♀️I would just recommend washing your face before putting on your contacts. Acanthamoeba organisms live in water, and if they get on your contacts it can cause your cornea to inflame and get infected. Water borne diseases are no joke. 😬
