It is strange that you mention magnesium and leave out chloride! When GABA activates cell receptors, it allows the entry of chloride ions, not magnesium!

This is an excellent video. I have been on Benzo's since 1994- present. I asked my doctor to change my meds from 6 mgs of Xanax to 8 mgs of Klonipin. I have GABA down syndrome. I have tried coming off of these before but it was terrifying. So 😊that's not an option for me. But I need to try to heal from the neurological damage that this medication has caused. Any suggestions? Thank you very much.

U need bioavailable B6 to avoid anxiety
Intravenous it extends sex performance for me upto three hours a day - and rock hard

Vitamin B1 resolved my adrenal issues two grams of thiamin (synthetic not benfotiamine) for a week

Yet I then went to benfotiamine and sulbutamine after because the palpatations and adrenal issues went after B1
