U forgot The best natural way increase Gaba: fasting!! I'm doing Omad, so I do fast daily 23.5 hours and I feel everyday amazing, Even euphoric.very calm but can burst into sudden action If needed.high alertness yet peaceful feeling.

How about mixing nutritional yeast, sesame seeds, salt pepper and olive oil in a small bowl consuming and washing it down with ACV water every morning? Then moderate to lightly steamed vegetables with lots if sqaush and small portions of meat twice a day .

I read somewhere today that thiamine and gaba should not be taken together because they both drop your blood pressure. I did that last night and my blood pressure dropped quite a bit. I won't mix them again, as my blood pressure is usually normal.

Can you do a video on OXALATES? Some super foods are bad for us because of oxalates found in them. These oxalates can harm our organs and joints.

Exorsize works better for anxiety then anything else does. It gets rid of extra energy. Pretty much just common sense. If you sit around all the time n dont exorsize your gonna get anxious energy built up.

Please be careful with Supplements like Pharma GABA and L-Theanine. I've had a horrible experience similar to benzodiazapine withdrawal after taking an L-Theanine and B6 supplement.
