I'm the youngest of 4 and I was born in 1990 and all my siblings were born in the 80s. So yeah, I'm gonna slide with Gen X on this one. If you grew up in my house being soft, you were done for 😂😂.

It is OK that I'm not always OK.
Who told us that we needed to be the person for everyone else?
I'm grateful that I can step up and help.
However, not everyone can do this.
It is absolutely OK to say, "No!"
You should.
I'm trying to say, "No."
But it is really hard.
Saying "No" means that I am failing. (In my opinion.)
I will always have an issue with setting boundaries.
Is it a GenX thing?
Possibly.
However, at my age, I'm just going to say "No".
I'll deal with my decisions.
My goal? It's simple.
I want my children to know that it is always OK to say, "No."
