We, Japanse, learn ancient Chinese literatures(漢文) as a subject in high school, which may be inevitable and reasonable for Kanji(漢字) users. And we all know what the character 漢 means. We can hardly be ignorant of Chinese influences at all.
Btw, if you visit Tokyo or the other major cities, you may notice that Chinese restaurants are everywhere. You can find one near around (almost) EVERY SINGLE train station.
We are so accustomed to Chinese culture. I hope every Chinese ppl knows that.

As a Chinese person, (I think for Koreans, Japanese and Vietnamese people too) it’s extremely easy for us to tell apart our cultures.

The more I learn about history the more it turns out that everyone just borrows from everyone else and calls it their own.

Japan is a nation that is good at capturing opportunities and judging the situation. When China was strong, it learned all the excellent civilizations and techniques of the Han people. When the Han people declined at the end of the Ming Dynasty, they immediately focused their attention on the Western countries that had risen through maritime civilization and learned them. In addition, there is a gambler mentality. The launch of a war against the Qing Dynasty, Russia and the United States is a manifestation of gambling national luck. There is no denying that the Japanese are the best students in the world

Love the video! There are much more cultural influences between the three countries historically, but there's no way they can all fit into one video.

I am Japanese. It's the same level of Japanese history as junior high school in a very short time. Amazing!

Tong dynasty was the most influential in Asia because it opened up to the world and relaxed many policies. It was also a huge economic powerhouse. The cultural exchanges happened most during the Tong Dynasty which is descendent to cantonese and all Chinatown in the world.

China is Japan's elder brother, and Japan retains many Chinese characteristics.
