0:33 I feel the same. You hear Japan is quite modern but at the same time, you see many advices about having a lot of cash with you because they do not take credit cards everywhere, even within Tokyo.
It feels quite surreal to me. Just imagine you go to Paris or New York and they tell you you cannot use credit cards... It only happens when there is an electronic issue or there is a minimum required amount. Especially when you know that solutions like Square exists nowadays x)
