I don't normally comment on videos...but this one is special, and so I feel compelled to. I have listened to it most nights for the last 9 months, which have been some of the most traumatic of my life. Sleep is one of the most important ways of processing fears and tension that is largely unconscious and this video has helped me get that much needed sleep, to heal and grow, to a point now where I feel myself again. I suffer from insomnia triggered by stress and keep waking up every night around 2-3 am. I practice this meditation once or twice and always manage to sleep for a bit longer. Prior to that I was staying up and getting up eventually. Breath is powerful, we should appreciate and be made aware of it more. Thank you

This is great! I love it
Is there a guided meditation to train the mind to conquering the cold weather and being able to walk outside when temperatures are extremely cold. Been looking for one and not finding anything at all.

first practice didnt really fully relax but my parasympathetic nervous system needs alot of tlc <3 im very symapthic dominant which i do belive is the cause of a nasty auto immune conditon called mast cell acitvation, ive been stuck on a diet of boiled chicken, cauliflower and applessince dec 2020 i really want to heal, having recently started resonate breathing that has relaxed me now adding this fingers crossed i get some progress breathe is a very powerful healing to and i need to heal

I really love this meditation however I wish there was one where he wasn’t talking at the end because that snaps me out of it. It would be nice if it just played the music for another 5 minutes.
