I have just made two batches of these, OMG they are a wonderful keto treat, especially with the frosting on top however I made my frosting with mascarpone instead of cream cheese as all I had to hand.
One batch I added a tea spoon of instant coffee granules which gave it a nice rich taste.

I made these and my family loves them. :) My mother who is a very picky eater and has trouble eating almost threw herself out of bed for them. My first time making these they seemed a bit dry. But every time after, they were perfect!

I've just made it and I loved it, rich, chocolatey and delish, no need to try other recipes cause this is my recipe from now on 😉.
