Doctor I have been suffering from this exactly. I have a fever, no cough, they did a spinomertry test I failed (obstruction/restriction). Administered nebulizer for 3 times / 3 days but that is temporary after a couple of hours it comes back 😢. I don’t know what to do. They gave me a turbuhaler but I don’t feel anything even after taking it.

Unless the pulmonary doctor specializes in bettering the patient's breathing when it comes to a regular pulmonologist I don't find them really caring and if they do they have God complex now I don't know if I'm wrong but that's the experience I got from them! I have these techniques that can help me cough up phlegm taking the nebulizer so forth it just seems like they just don't care and I have stage 3 probably stage 4 now I can accept it because I have no choice to. I just like to get some feedback from this. Because this is a big common thing now COPD emphysema bronchitis whatever you want to call it.
