Grounded Gameplay of the new Grounded Update by Mediocre Milton but not with Sir Sim-Alot or JADECRAFT, there's also no Blitz Grounded or Jade PG, oh and no ImCade or Fynnpire either, Obsidian Entertainment made the Grounded New Update!

One thing that I learned rather quickly is that if you lure a difficult bug to the ant hill? That bug will die because the ants keep spawning, and the enemy bug will be in a never-ending fight with the ants. You also get a lit of free ant parts.

You can wall in wolf spiders during the day while they are sleeping and it will stop them from coming out and patrolling at night if you have problems with them roaming around your base at night.

Once I learned the timing on that parry, I pretty much trivialized almost every encounter in the game. It was insane. Especially with how they stagger. I feel like that is one of the most invaluable skills to learn.

I think something a lot of people forget about, or don't know is that the little radio looking thing inside every lab and field station can be used to track basically any resource you have analyzed. It will even point you to which web sac/cluster has which bug part you want!

One tip I can add is when you come across a landmark of some sort like a juice box or can or anything else be sure you pan your camera up and look at it so it gets discovered (can be stubborn). Too many times people just walk by something a dozen+ times and never discover it. Why do you want to do this? Natural Explorer mutation which makes you run faster. Combined with Aphid Slippers you can really run!

A huge tip that helped me is that you can cancel any attack into a block. With a shield or without. Super helpful against hard hitting enemies

3:08 the weevil walks in and see you brutally killing that mite and just immediately backs away LMFAO

Here's a tip I discovered. When you make mushroom slurry or whatever it's called. Besides turning it into bricks you'll see that right click is drop. Find a weevil and drop it in front of it. Give it a sec and now you have extra storage space. Don't worry about leaving them behind. They will catch up eventually!

I love grounded so much, the devs have a nice humor and its like your playing a survival game genre for the first time again because you dont know what everything does, thanks for the no spoilers it makes the experience better and with tips

You feel old when the word 'parry' is no longer common video game vernacular.

The EverChar Torch is brighter than other torches and can be used in the pond as well as in land. It’s also repairable making it much better than other torches.

Glad this has no spoilers, because I've seen way to many already. I've already put 200 hours into the game but I played most of that with no spoilers completely figuring out things on my own and man I did some dumb stuff looking back. Starting a new save for the full experience of 1.0 and having a blast especially since I know what to do now haha.

That leather thing was exactly what I needed! Also with enemies like the bombardier, stinkbugs and lady bugs I like to lure them to the anthill and they’ll kill them for getting too close

A side note; You can relocate a pallet while carrying a full stack of weed stems or grass planks on your character as well.

You can build stairs out of nothing but grass planks by combining half walls and half floors. There appears to be no height limit to this either.

you can also relocate entire chests full of resources if you're doing a big build and your bag space isn't enough, also never underestimate the power of daggers, the attack speed is double that of swords due to the faster animation (even when the game says they're the same speed) I've killed everything with daggers.

If you wear the complete ant armor, they think you belong to them and don't attack you,
I haven't tested yet whether it works with the spider armor, I'm still missing the helmet

U can also hold planks/stems in your hand while relocating the pallet.
Ant armor, workers haul smoothie, haul badge make it easier.

If you place an object at the bottom of a ladder and look down at it whilst on the ladder, you can relocate that object to a higher elevation instead of having to build a huge staircase to where ever you want it to go.

You can use the pebblet spear to fight underwater, stabbing and throwing. The non-aggressive pond creatures are a 1 shot throw with javelineer equipped and the pebblet spears float to the top if you miss.
