Grounded Gameplay of the new Grounded Update by Mediocre Milton but not with Sir Sim-Alot or JADECRAFT, there's also no Blitz Grounded or Jade PG, oh and no ImCade or Fynnpire either, Obsidian Entertainment made the Grounded New Update!

One thing that might be worth mentioning is that when you are wearing the red ant armor, you can use the red ant hill as a base of sorts and luer in the more dangerous bugs and the red ants will fight them for you. I've tried it with ladie bugs, bees, stink bugs, bomb beatles, wolf and silk spiders so far nothing can survive. I usually use them as a meat shield and shoot arrows over the top to speed things along.

Another water container trick: If you place one under the straw of a juice box, the drops fall into it. So you can come back a few days later and it will be full of juice instead of there just being one drop on the ground.

I love the small details you just random come across in this game where as soon as you find it you're like come on, this would've saved me so much time'.. Grounded is honestly probably one of the most refreshing and enjoyable survival experiences I have ever had. It's not overly difficult and there's not just this looming thought of death the entire time. The one feature I believe the game is missing though is the ability to deconstruct weapons or armors for even a little bit of the investment back. I always find myself just trashing items or throwing them on the ground.

Dude I literally JUST learned that you can make berry leather on a jerky rack for a 1:1 ratio

Here's an extension of one you mentioned... pallet relocation. The reason for it snapping back to its starting location has to do with threat detection. If that little warning pops up, your pallet or anything else you're moving just gets deselected. A lot of people tend to falsely believe there's some sort of magical limit to how far you can take things. Not the case at all. So if you are using this method and you accidentally run into a wolf for instance, dropping the pallet immediately before its eyes glow red can save you a lot of headaches as long as you're in the right mind to back the spider away from the pallet so it doesn't destroy it in the heat of combat. Only mentioning this because for awhile I was under the same false impression that there was some distance limit and cringe to think how many seconds that have added up to hours at this point I have wasted dropping and picking it back up when I can clearly see the coast is clear and doing so was unnecessary.

You can also aggro big enemies like the ladybug to destroy things like mushrooms before you get the tier 2 axe. Or if you forget it.

Another thing with being able to move the pallets like that is that you can actually do the same with the clover baskets and chests. I use this trick to transport resources from bases. Or simply just when I need to gather a lot of one item. I will bring a chest with me and keep all of the item I am currently looking for in there and free up inventory space for other items I come across.

The berry leather tip is SO helpful, thank you!

You actually can transfer a Stem pallet, while you yourself carry stems on the shoulder. So if you want to maximize your stems transfering, use Ant gear + Ant smoothie to get the maximum amount of stems you can carry on the shoulder. Move an empty Stem pallet to a location with lots of tree, then proceed to pile up the pallet and your character's back with stems. You would be able to bring nearly 25 stems per travel.

I wish I knew earlier that upgrading a weapon also repairs it. That can save few rare resources by replacing them with quartz.

Most of you probably know this but on the grinder I think. You can convert one grass plank into 5 plant fiber. You can put five grass planks in there. So you can get 25 plant fiber if you fill it up with grass planks.

you can anger bugs and lead them in an big ant hill to their demise

Little tip: I don't know if this changed some time. Wolf spiders don't wake up for the first three days unless you hit them so your safe from the for a few days

They should make it so you have to drag the stem and plank container like a sled so it makes more sense and maybe be able to drag them with a ladybug making a berry leather saddle and a fishing stick with an aphid at the end to have direction

The 2 wolf spiders under the oak tree are very easy to kill with a bow and alot of arrows. Sneak in while they sleep, and there is a rock up in a crack you can stand on. They cannot reach you and just stand there. Start plinking away with arrows until both are dead. That's how I got my first insect bow.

I did not know about using the spinning wheel to make crude rope, or using the drying rack for berry leather. That is a huge convenience. Thank you! Keep up with the great videos ☺️

I used the Baseball near the start... draw lady bugs and stink bugs to it and climb up and snipe them with arrows. At the Oak tree lab there's a leaf above the entrance and you can see under the tree are two wolf spiders. I used grass half walls and boarded up the opening except one little half wall spot and then shot at the Wolf Spider. It charged to me but couldn't get past the grass wall barrier I built and I was able to keep shooting it from on top the leaf.

Man this game is so fun, I’ve mostly been figuring it out on my own and it’s really rewarding to slowly progress and get stronger gear

A tactic I've been wanting to try out is to barricade the openings to the underside of the Oak tree, where the Wolf Spiders spawn. It's not covered in this video but at 4:40 it looks like you've done just that. I will try it with a windowed wall, so that I can fire gas arrows through the opening and hopefully get a couple of easy Wolf Spider kills.

You can run right to the rotten bee spear as well right from the start. There's air bubbles that you can follow and make it to the sunken t rex with no upgrades or armor
