In how many of these 'accidents" is alcohol involved? Why is this obvious question not raised by these journalists? And why aren't the government statistics showing this first?

This is really saying something when you consider what goes on in places like alabama, arkansas, florida, georgia, etc at their lakes every summer...i mean, seriously...and what's interesting is that all the worst on the list are rocky mountain states...

People from Colorado need to stay in their own state. Camp at there own lakes, camp their own mountains and lakes. it gets old one people from Wyoming can’t find camping spot. why don’t you guys stay the hell out all you guys do is pollute our lakes and mountains

Boats. Roads. Sidewalks. Nowhere is safe in Colorado. Stay home everyone 😂

Hummm....a landlocked state with only lakes and reservoirs and the highest rated drinking population with too many ostentatious boats on a limited supply of water?! I am shocked and shaken, Shaul!

We got tired of all of it, especially the ridiculousness at the boat ramps, and sold our boat many years ago. People drive worse on Pueblo Reservoir than they do on the roads anymore and the roads are INSANE. Just this week while running quick errands over two days, we saw 4 people turn left from the far right lane and more than 5 vehicles blatantly run red lights. As for speeding and tailgating? Too many to count. Colorado Springs' traffic has become an obstacle course for law-abiding drivers. If they don't follow the rules on the road, they're not going to follow them on the water, either.
