Last used in 1983. This is 50 feet wide. A bus can go down this side ways. The desert environment makes this still look brand new, despite being 90 years old or so.

No joke when I went on a tour of Hoover dam as a kid probably like 10 years ago now ...
I was wearing a transformers shirt. And during the tour the tour guide said.. "..And No I cannot reveal the location of the Allspark.."

Hello from germany :) i visited the States with my Dad 2009. we rent a Harley in L.A. and made a roadtrip for 3 Weeks. We drove over exactly this street. At this time they build a big bridge next to the hoover dam. Nice reminding for me. thank you :)

That spillway is very unsettling to see. It was awesome when the lake was overflowing into the spillway in 1983. The noise the water was making and the mist it was generating was amazing.
