Another at home video for anyone who needs a few different leg day exercises to throw into their routine. It's hard to keep things fresh when you're limited so hopefully you can add these in and get as good of a workout as I did... Beat up!

Let me know what video you want next!

"Hamstrings have to be the hardest muscle to hit especially when you're stuck at home limited by equipment"
~Ryan Humiston, during the great pandemic of 2020.
A truer statement has never been made especially when you are dealing with some lower back issues.

4 yrs later and this is still gold. I’m in Oxnard, CA and we have a mountain fire happening about 20 min away from me that is making the air quality horrible and someone left my apartment gym windows open so the smell of smoke is too much, so I needed a workout at home. Thank you!

Thanks Ryan, the one with the sofa is cool, not quite got the technique down but can feel how hard it is and works the Hamstrings.

Dear Sir, that is simply crazy. I am kind of used to use my legs on a daily basis doing sports . Lucky me. But what the heck? After those exercises my legs feel like I just finished a three hour session at a gym, not “just” 15mins. Thank you very much! You inspire, motivate and it seems you are having fun doing so. Amazing!

Can you do a lower back exercise routine. This seems like a difficult area to develop without gym equipment. Love your videos.

Thanks Ryan. I'm a little late to this particular video but I love it. Quick story, I use the other body weight legs all the time. But after my 2nd inguinal hernia surgery I been a little apprehensive on legs till I discovered your workouts. So my friend thank you so much.

Really loved the calf raise variations.. and threw on my thickest resistance band with that quad move, for some extra hurt. Thanks again for another great round.

thanks for encouraging us to try new things: so got on the rings and was trying to work on pelican push-ups, but ended up doing supinated grip push-ups as you do on the mat. found that if you get at 45-degree angle to the floor but push down at the floor with your palms facing away, you get a real nice pump in the upper pec.

I love the quick comedy hits mixed in there. The best part of the quarantine was finding this channel.

Try doing this with Natural Leg Extensions for you quads and an Eccentric Nordic Curl or just hamstrings hip hinges with a nice cheap pair of "barefoot shoes" with a "wide toe box" can life easier on your feet doing those exercises. The eccentric Nordic Curl is the king of all hamstring exercises!
