Just my opinion, just a matter of thinking, but to me this is far more impressive and functional than any guy doing 500 pound squats. Not even close but I know, to each his own. Incredible leg strength and cardio rolled into one. If it takes a year, my goal is to get to this. Will be a process for sure. Excellent demo, and a great video, …no pounding music or swearing, no 3 min explanation for each exercise - here it is, do it! Well done sir!🇨🇦👍

Thanks so much for this workout! I’m recovering from a shoulder dislocation, so this routine, with some modifications for me, was perfect. Can’t wait to try your other workouts to get back into things.
