Damn, I used to work at a job where I dealt with money. Man, I used to be scared as hell to even think about trying to steal something. I wouldn't dare! The embarrassment and shame alone is a big enough deterrent for me. It's like these criminals don't have a conscience at all.

That detective was slick. He purposely said she stole a higher amount, to get her to confess to a lower amount. “No, I didn’t steal $22, 000! It was only $15, 000.” Brilliant.

If youre stealing money from one of these companies like Walmart or Target or even CVS and you think youve been "getting away with it" for weeks, just know that the company knows what youre doing and are documenting everything and building a case against you.

I just can't see how someone would think they could steal $200/day to $500-$1, 000/day from their register and NO ONE notice? Really? Even if they don't catch on camera when they count the drawer at the end of her shift, it's pretty much a done deal.

I use to work at walmart, and as a cashier i never would have had access to that much money at once. Someone higher up fucked up bad to let this much get stolen.
