I have lost 5kg in 35 days by following your steps in fat loss series and will continue to do till I reach 65. I really want to thank you. ❤ My go to food are millets, for example 40gms proso millet which is approximately 140cal is far better than 200 grams white rice which is more than 200 cal and doesn't fill that much also. And also I can add moong dal veggies in the millets to make it tasty.

I came all the way down from 113 KG to 92 KG. The journey is still going on. I started in November 2023. All I followed was your fatloss series. Maintaining the excel sheet, weighing everyday and taking greatest possible data and then making adjustments, my graph is in a continous dip. I enjoy all tasty foods and dont miss events or memories. I prefer vegetables specially cabbage and tomato. At dinner chicken brest with tomato salad is a very good option . capsicum is a very good source of fiber and green beans are good source of fiber and protein.
