Here is what is fact and why we see the confusion around this subject - Strategy is not for everyone; most people just feel smart knowing they are able to throw in the word anywhere they feel the word will make them look smart 😂

Michael Porter was explicitly clear on what strategy is and now, Seth Godin has made the understanding of the same subject so simple for everyone to understand but, I guarantee you, it doesn’t matter how great the meat is if you are placing it before a grazer - the poor animal will always choose the grass over the meat any day 😂

If strategy was something for all to understand and run by then this would go against the very meaning of what strategy is 😊

Thanks Seth Godin for laboring to simplify this simple subject - a few folks though will always get it, and that’s cause most people are not cut out for the space where strategy is needed!
