To be able to build a tribe of followers who are inspired by our ideas and actions is very powerful. This is because we can see how connective we are to the needs of others, which in in turn helps determine a constructive path for leading a movement. I believe the core message to inspire others needs to be ecological in nature, meaning it aims creates positive fulfilling outcomes, which are not detrimental to the wellbeing of others or environment. His whole idea is there there are individuals who are leading those movements and allowing people to connect. Those people are necessary for tribes. Many times a large number of people share a common belief but none of them have the courage to act on it. When someone does, those who agree support that individual and a movement begins. The point of the individual, the leader, is to connect people with similar beliefs, who would otherwise be unheard toward a common goal.
