I am a ‘home cook’ but am going to buy my first legit knife. I actually found your store (I live in Ms.) through another video where they went in your store. I liked the way you did a brief showcase of your Togiharu-Wa series and I think I am going to go with the Togiharu-Wa 440 9.4” Cheif knife to start with. It seems to be a good middle of the line knife to start with and not crazy expensive.

Keep up the great work! Some love from the South!
