Cauliflower wings
Again, made by our 5 year old. Kids have so much interest to learn new things. Nurture their interests and turn them into little chefs. And more importantly, they love to eat what they make!
𝙄𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨:
Cauliflower florets - 15 to 20 (from half a cauliflower)
Flour - 1/4 cup
Paprika powder - 1 tsp
Garlic powder - 1 tsp
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp or as required
Milk - 1/2 cup
Hot chili sauce - 1/4 cup
Butter - 3 tbsp
Honey - 1 tbsp
“𝑶𝒉 𝑾𝒐𝒘” 𝑹𝒆𝒄𝒊𝒑𝒆:
1. In a bowl, add the flour, paprika powder, garlic powder, pepper, salt and milk and mix well.
2. Add the cauliflower florets in hot water with salt and keep for 10 min. Drain the water and add the florets to the flour mixture. Mix well until all the florets are coated.
3. Place the florets over a greased baking paper on a baking tray and bake in the oven at 200 deg celcius for 15 to 20 mins (flip the sides in between).
4. To prepare the sauce for coating, mix together the butter, chili sauce and honey.
5. Coat the baked cauliflower florets with the sauce mixture (on both the sides). Bake in the oven again for 10 to 15 mins at 200 deg celcius.
Enjoy the very tasty and very healthy cauliflower wings!
