Easy Vegan BUFFALO SAUCE & Cauliflower Wings! 🔥

This simple homemade Buffalo Sauce is going to BLOW YOUR MIND! I also show you how to make good and crispy cauliflower wings for it to go on. Cauliflower has never tasted so good!
I love getting inspiration for my recipes from store bought stuff. I then deconstruct it and try and re-create it in a slightly healthier and easy way. I have to say... I NAILED this one. It goes with so many things not just wings. I love putting it on stirfry's or using it as a marinade for tofu.
The crispy cauliflower wing recipe is a good one too. They are just lightly seasoned so you can have them plain, add the buffalo sauce or whatever you want!

Recipe:
Vegan Buffalo Sauce
In a blender add:
3/4 Cup of Franks Red Hot (Or other cayenne pepper sauce)
3-4 TBSP of Cashew Butter
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
0.5 Tsp Paprika
1/4 cup of water
BLEND!
Crispy Cauliflower:
Separate Cauliflower into wing sized pieces.
Add to a large bowl.
Wash:
1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 Cup Unsweetened/Unflavoured Soy Milk (or other non-dairy milk)
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
Pinch of salt & pepper
Whisk until smooth
Pour over cauliflower pieces and mx until thoroughly coated.
Next coat in Panko breading.
Then bake at 375F for 35-45 minutes on a non-stick baking tray.
When crispy, coat with buffalo sauce or enjoy them plain!
