It's been 9 months, for the first 3 it was hard, I can look back better now and realise she ended up not deserving me, you guys, I know it's hard, very... Give it time, either things will happen or they won't like with me, and you'll reconnect with your self worth, and they won't look so shiny to you anymore

For me, she turned out to be a narcissist and horribly and unashamedly horrible to me in the end, maybe we don't actually need them back, you want them back now, give it time, I did, I've checked back in here to leave this message for you all, I was there, I no longer feel she was ever right for me, I'm sentimental, but all logic now speaks I'm better than her, and she was really sub par 😂

Ive found someone better, please wait until you are sure you can let someone else into your life, it can take months or years

Why would you want someone who doesn't want you? Do you see the problem there, you wouldn't logically want someone who doesn't want you back.What you are suffering from is your own codependency. You have some codependency issues. Period. Fix that instead of trying getting someone back.

So I can attest to what Coach Lee is saying. A couple years back I got in touch with an ex that I dated very briefly in high school. I couldn’t believe some of the things my ex was telling me about our relationship. For instance, my former boyfriend told me that after we broke up he regretted everyday the manner that he broke up with me in and that after the break up I was on his mind a lot. He also told me after our relationship ended he dated 3 other girls but that out of all of them I was the one he remembered the most. Like all of you, going through a break up right now I can tell you I was thinking the same thing(back then 20 years ago)that my ex doesn’t care, he forgot about me they’re happier without me. When nothing could be further from the truth. What I’m trying to say is your ex may not miss you in a weeks or months time but soon enough they will realize what they could have had with you. I had this ex tell me 20 years later that he he had messed up with me and there were times where he wanted to reach out to me but he was afraid that he couldn’t get me back. So, don’t lose hope everyone.

My ex did contact me when I was on day 14th of NC, rebound failed and asked to be friends again. I was firm but sent some formal replies and they went cold again. I don't like such mind games, I am done. Forever no contact and moved on!

She broke no contact ast week and she wanted to meet so we can talk. But she left me hanging 2 times. I got mad I told her some hurtful things she told me some hurtful things. And shedecided its not worth it anymore. I really love her but I guess we messed up after that talk and it can't be fixed. Her parents hate me my parents hate her. And according im a bad person when I actually put her on piadestal. I love her and we were going to get married. I don't know what happened and why she thinks we are no good when we were the perfect team. I'm crushed so is she. But still that's not enough
