to finish your chicken and avoid to be too much dry, put about 1/2 cup of water and put a lid on, it'll finish coocking with the steam and be fabulous!

Have you tried Basmati Rice? Ive seen Dr Gundry mention its the healthiest Rice to eat.

Is this good for weight loss? Im now doing Intermittent Fasting and eat at 7pm once every day after a intense 40-60min weightlifting. I eat two cups of cooked Basmati Long Grain rice (210 calories/ 1 cup) and ~ 190-200 grams (165 calories/ 100g of chicken) of oven baked chicken breasts (I spray the pan with olive oil spray to help with some fats that I need). I add some siracha and when im done I eat an orange for my vitamin C. I drink a gallon of water a day. Im 6’3 and 315 lbs when I started about 5 days ago. I havent checked my weight because im told not to do that because it can deceive you.

If I did make 20 meals, and I reheated them, would that dry my chicken and rice out? If so, how would I battle that issue? I have tried on my own for a while, and am ready to request assistance with the process. Any help would be appreciated.
