I have suffered with eczema through my whole child hood and I am still young I’ve tried creams and everything but it just makes my skin become irritated, my eczema started just in my arm crease and back of my knees but is now growing up to my shoulders, higher back, thighs and round my neck I am not a spiritual person, I don’t go to church. However my mom told me to keep saying aloud “I am eczema free whenever I can repeatedly. Just the other day I took it to mind, before I went to sleep I repeatedly said aloud ‘I am eczema free my eczema has cleared up!’ And I woke up my eczema was around 80% better! For 6 years I’ve battled with stubborn eczema. Steroid cream would clear it up completely but then as soon as I stopped the cream it would come back. Being that you can’t use the steroid cream long term I would wait until I couldn’t bare the burning, itching and scaling of it before using it again. In the meantime I would try all different type of eczema creams, changed my diet, epson salt baths, cryotherapy…I mean you name it. Nothing worked! I came across your video because I was looking to see if I can find any other ideas that may help. This video was a godsend!! Castor Oil…THAT WAS THE ANSWER!! As soon I received it I put it on my bloody, burning flakey skin and with in a week and a half it was completely gone!! I use it 1-2 a day…rub a little on the area and it prevents it from returning. I usually don’t comment on videos, but I just had to come back here to say thank you so much for sharing this. I applied castor oil on my really bad eczema after my shower and was out all day. When I got home I showered again and applied the oil before going to sleep. I’m so happy to say that I’m seeing drastic results after one day. Again, thank you so much. Everyone should try this because it’s not expensive so you have nothing to lose! It really worked for me.

Natural things that are helping my eczema:
-coconut oil
-Nivea in-shower lotion (definitely has helped keep my body eczema at bay)
-baby lotion as soon as I get out of the shower (within 3 minutes according to my dermatologist)
-coconut oil- if you wear makeup use coconut oil to wash your face instead of cleansers and makeup removers!! massage the oil gently to remove any makeup rinse with lukewarm water and repeat if necessary.
-coconut oil-if you don't wear makeup wash your face with coconut oil as it has antibacterial properties and is very moisturising! Pat dry face with clean towel and then reapply thin layer of coconut oil to lock in moisture and heal your eczema.
-Raw honey- helps with itching and healing
-Neosporin eczema essentials- help with itching, moisturising, and healing
-diluted apple cider vinegar (dilute the ACV with about 8 parts water and use a cotton pad to gently pat it onto affected areas)
-humidifier put the humidifier on the LOW setting before bed
-drink tons of water everyday and first thing when you wake up
-don't vigorously exfoliate skin use a gentle enzyme exfoliant like Epicuren Discovery Himalayan
super fruit enzyme polish. (a little pricy but definitely helps if you use once a week)
-avoid night shade fruits and vegetables!!!
-avoid dairy
-avoid all allergens as much as possible!!! wash hands after coming in contact with an allergen!
-take claritin or allergy medication
-don't take hot showers EVER!!
-Don't touch the affected areas unless it's to moisturise or treat the area gently.
-don't over-treat the area as it can cause it to inflame more
-don't use Chap sick if you have eczema around mouth use Vaseline on lips and raw honey around mouth.
-smile and know you are on your journey to healthy eczema free skin!

I’ve done the vinegar for 3 days (1tbsp with water) along with fish oil, Vit D, and collagen, but used shea butter instead of castor (Shea got here faster than the other). My face was tomato red, i quit my job, and I was on and off topicals for almost a year so I’m not joking about how it only took 3 days to be able to go outside again. If it wasn’t for God and the shea I don’t know what I would’ve done.
