I had eczema for about 40 years until I figured out that I am allergic to oranges. I stopped drinking orange juice and eating oranges and my eczema went away. I am now 73 still without eczema.

Here I was about to buy some peanut butter cookies at food city & knowing I was gonna break my diet. I get in line and there's Dr. Berry on the cover of women's world magazine. I said damn it! I felt the guilt and took them back.

Thank you so much, Dr. Berry. In March 22022, I developed a horrible case of eczema from head to toe. My dermatologist did a biopsy and said that it was chronic eczema and prescribed topical steroids. I did not want to continue steroids indefinitely for a chronic condition. I found this video, immediately started a carnivore diet and have become almost free from eczema for 5 months! I love that as a doctor, you are unafraid of thinking outside the box of the typical medical world!

Keto is the only thing that has kept my eczema away since I was 9. Just before I started keto, I was doing UVB light therapy twice a week. No more dry, cracked, painfully blistered hands and feet. No more steroids, no more creams, ointments, prescription pills. Such a relief!

I’ve had eczema for over a decade, ever since my first pregnancy. Ive been vegan, whole thirty, paleo- zero change. I’ve been keto for the past five years, zero change in eczema. I’ve tried every diet imaginable for inflammation, energy and skin issues. After 3 weeks carnivore, my eczema cleared completely. When I am strict to the carnivore diet, I sleep through the night, acne is gone, my mind is clear and my energy is finally “normal” for someone my age. The only time my eczema comes back is when I go off diet for a couple of days and it’s almost immediate.

I've suffered with eczema regularly since I've been 19 years old, I'm 54 now. 🥺
When I maintain my low carb/keto diet, it greatly improves. There are a few foods on your list that I still eat. Excellent information Dr. Berry, thank you for sharing. It really is a quality of life issue.

I started keto in support of my wife’s keto venture. Within two weeks, my dermatitis and reflux were gone. Mind blown. It’s been over a year now and it still works. They come back immediately after I give into some carbs.

I've been hurt badly by eczema the last 5 months. Quit lots of things but no improvement. If this works, I will donate a lot of money.

I am on my fifth month of Carnivore (occasional Ketovore). After just three months of this way of eating my eczema just... disappeared. For the first time since 2006 I don't have any "bubbling skin" anywhere on my body. This is amazing.

My son's eczema improved dramatically when we lowered his salicylate intake, he was just happy he didn't have to eat broccoli anymore

"My people perish for lack of knowledge". I had no idea for decades what I was experiencing was diet-related eczema on my scalp and so I treated it with dandruff shampoo. In my 50's when it began appearing in my mustache and beard is when I understood what I had was eczema. I was using eczema cremes over the counter and prescription till I found out that GLUTEN was the main culprit. Once eliminating wheat products the eczema would go away. If I try to eat wheat products again the eczema returns. I'm sure there can be other things that trigger eczema in the body, but gluten seems to be the main culprit for me. Eliminating gluten also cleared up all the osteoarthritis I was experiencing that would cause painful fare-ups in my lower back that would have me figuring out how to get out of bed in the mornings and on a walker till the fare-up faded.

Avoiding wheat really helped my daughter. She had terrible eczema from birth.

My eczema is stress related. Started when I had a high stress job. Left that job and my eczema went away and stayed gone for about 4 years. The last few weeks I’m under high stress again. So I’m going to try this that you are talking about. Thank you.

Thank you! You my have helped us fix up our sons chronic issues. It all makes sense when we look at his diet and the more healthier we go with diet the worse it has got. He started to eats lots of avocados - nuts- and more high salicylate rich food and it's all over his body now. It's heart breaking. I feel this is a great place to start. Thanks again!

As long as I can remember I've always suffered from eczema. I am almost a week into eating a carnivore lifestyle now and have eliminated carbs and sugars. I can honestly say I already have noticed an improvement behind the knees and one Cafe.
I'm so happy that I found out about this through Makayla Petterson when Dr Ken Berry was on the show. This has lead me to a whole new lifestyle.

Dr. Berry, I appreciate you. You have helped me on my keto journey immensely and that alone made me so grateful but recently I developed eczema and man oh man what a horrible, terrible, existence. I did the steroid dance for 3 months and endured all of the rebound effects- absolute nightmares. You said, use a high quality coconut oil. I happened to have some organic MCT oil that I had not been using so I tried moisturizing with it and let me tell you……my symptoms have reduced approximately 99%. I am almost symptom free! Dear God, I cannot explain how liberating this is!! Thank you, thank you, thank

I had a light case of eczema on the back of my arms. Since I have been doing Keto the eczema, skin tags and the pain in my wrists have all gone away. Almost like what Doc is telling us actually works :-)
