The fire basket arrow head is beautiful. My grandma got me into archery very young and she would make arrow heads for me because she was a welder and she made art with steel and iron and she also messed with glass blowing and one day her and my uncle took me to a field in the foth of july to shoot fireworks and arrows and she pulled out a whole bunch of fire basket arrows and we stuffed them with oil soaked strips of cloth and lit them up and shot at some cans of axe and a few bottles of vodka and then she told me to keep them but to never use them again unless war broke out and they could be useful. I was 14 and never heard of those arrow heads before then 🥰 R.I.P Gma ❤️

When I make my own arrow heads, I almost always make them in the Anglo-Saxon broadhead style.

The second arrowhead was actually designed for killing birds because you don’t need to pierce the birds skin to kill it. You can simply hit it in the head really hard to kill it into the fact why the arrowhead isn’t sharp it’s just wide.
