Chair Yoga 28 Day Series - Some Seated, More Standing. In today’s practice, we’ll explore poses for our 28 day journey including standing Quadruped pose. You’ll need a chair and a yoga block (or substitute) for today’s class.
Welcome to Bottoms Down Chair Yoga. I’m Carol and I’m happy you’ve chosen to spend this time together to stretch, lengthen and strengthen your body.
You Did It! This 40 minute yoga practice is day 28 of our 28 day yoga journey together. We made it to the end - Way to go! I'm so honored that you shared this challenge with me. You’ll need a chair and a yoga block (or substitute). We’ll start seated and move to a standing position and return to seated.
