You're right it's depressing

So turns out the disappointment I've been feeling is because of my phone and not my decisions. That's relieving

It certainly does make sense... Why I end up watching YouTube videos for 2 3 hours late in night, even though I know I shouldn't do that.

This makes sense. Sitting up on your phone/computer when you know you should go to sleep is usually a depressing feeling.

Is it the exposure to the light or is it the sudden realization you’re awake at 3am scrolling social media?

having insomnia on top of this effect is fucking brutal. It already takes me ages to get to sleep and having to fight the urge to grab my phone is sometimes impossible after you've been tossing and turning and staring at the ceiling for hours. Fml

This is me rn 😢 I have been feeling this way.

Not being able to achieve all I'm supposed to,

How do I stop?

This is the only time I have to do things for myself having been busy all day at work. 😢

I either listen to Art Bell or Dr. Katz every night as I'm falling asleep.
Radio is NOT dead.
Listen. Don't watch

I sleep with the light on for over 30 years.
I sleep with the tv on too, over probably 20 years.

If your test subjects are people who sleep in the dark, sleeping in the light is going to have an effect.
