My son's ex did this and moved 3000 miles away. My son filed a complaint with the court and the judge gave her 6 days to come back to my son's state or she would be arrested for kidnapping

JJ did family court for decades before she did this show. She's always been about father's rights absent abuse cases ❤ LOVE her for that

I think I've seen this case in a compilation of JJ championing equal rights to fathers. Happy to see it uploaded in high quality. I feel for the guy. He really didn't believe he could assert his rights. He even corrected himself saying "My-I mean, our son". He knows they're both parents.
