This 23 minute bodyweight HIIT workout will challenge your mind, body, and will leave you sweating by the end! This workout is a part of our 2021 ‘Your Year, Your Way’ Challenge: You shouldn’t have to fit into a diet and fitness plan. The plan should have to fit YOU. All of the workouts in this series were developed exclusively for this challenge by personal trainer Holly Rilinger, creator of the LIFTED Program.

Super HIIT workout, Holly. Nice selection of different moves and great with the 3 round format. People can hit it even better in each round and feel a sense of improvement as their movement and coordination gets sharper. Carlos & Bex x

Do I do this as my only workout on a certain day, or can I do some Yoga Asanas, or weight training before this workout, or do I do those after this training…Can you Please take out some time and answer, as to how I fit this programme into my daily routine..
Also do I do these everyday.?

If anyone checks the comments so long after this was put on YoTube: suggestions for options for the Alternating Knee Drives? I'm so uncoordinated I do hardly any reps in the 30 second segment.
