I’m in college they are the ones that bought my iPad for me I have the iPadOS 17.2 version. I’m required to take this online computer literacy class (totally not part of vet tech program but it’s required) and they keep saying my resolution needs to be 1366 x 768 or higher and window zoom at 100% my zoom for display is at 100% idk how to change my screen resolution or the windows zoom they did a computer scan for the class and everything else checks out but the error is my screen resolution and windows zoom… their help guide is only for Mac books or Microsoft Windows 10… the teacher and program said their stimulation learning will work on our IPads but so far the stimulation check list shows error for that category. When I click the help for any other issue it shows solutions for iPads if troubleshooting but this one category wont show a solution for iPads

There isn’t an option like that on my iPad 9. Some of the apps are barely usable because they scale so horribly on a bigger screen than the ones on iPhones. Those same apps work a lot better on an Android tablet, which is frustrating.
