As a skeptical person who works daily with hydrogen, as fuel for our orbital rockets engines, I put my money where my mouth is and had this done. Total and utter WASTE of money.
Either spend money on 6x oil flushes and injector clean, walnut blast, or an Italian tuneup, this will do NOTHING.

They Should have advised the swirl flap gasket has failed. I would have then put the aluminium manifold on to prevent future failure.

5-6 hours of cleaning on system is required for that level of dirt

Half hour hydrogen clean will do nothing if it’s that dirty, needs a couple of hours at different rev ranges to clean it properly, and the engine has to be hot before you start or it will do nothing at all
