This process works great. Lasts years if you use peroxide mouth wash and peroxide toothpaste. Drink using a straw to prevent staining your whitened teeth. Drink only clear fluids for several days. Drink room temperature fluid only for several days. My teeth looked like super white porcelain veneers. Worth every penny.
