This full recipe makes 4 servings and is perfect for meal prep! You can increase or decrease any of the main ingredients in this recipe to match your calories and macros! The amounts I used fit my needs.

INGREDIENTS:
•2lbs 90/10 ground beef
•4 servings pasta of choice
•1 bell pepper
•1/2 white onion
•3-4 garlic cloves
•4 tbsp tomato paste
•4 tbsp light cream cheese
•2oz pasta water (save after pasta is fully cooked)
•Salt, pepper, paprika
•0 cal cooking spray
•Parmesan cheese & fresh basil to top (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:
•Bring water to a boil and add salt. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Save 2oz of pasta water, strain pasta, and put back in the pot, set aside
•Spray pan with 0 cal cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat
•While pan heats up, chop bell pepper and onion
•Add bell pepper and onion to pan and sauté for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper
•While bell pepper and onion cooks, mince garlic
•Add garlic to pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes
•Lower heat to low, add tomato paste and paprika, stir, and cook for 2-3 minutes
•Add sautéed veggies, pasta water, and cream cheese to a blender and blend until smooth. Add a little more water if needed
•Heat pan over medium-high heat and add ground beef. Season with salt and pepper and fully cook
•Add beef and sauce to pasta, mix, split into 4 meal prep containers, and enjoy throughout the week!
