The splashing face is actually to activate a reflex that helps you with holding your breath. Not cap look it up

The worst feeling you get is when your event is about to start, and you’re putting your goggles on and one side is tighter than the other and you scramble trying to fix it and it doesn’t work 😂

At my swimclub we usually play trending or old songs, like the lorax i say let it grow and a bunch of katy perry and we all karaoke when we are behind the block, really gets my adrenaline going lol

Not a swimmer, I wrestled, but I would always take a spoonful of honey before warming up for every match. My thinking was the sugar would give me energy, even though 15 minutes (max) is too quick to get anything out of it.
