Thanks for calling out the BS. I deleted all the weird exercises out of my biceps work, upped the volume, and got a good size increase. Preacher Curls, Concentration Curls, Regular Curls, Hammer Curls, and Reverse Grip Curls.

Zottman curls are good though when you pronate your arms at the top imo, cause you overload the eccentric of the hammer curl portion which is weaker than the normal bicep curl

Here's your reminder that your triceps make up 2/3 of your arms size - bigger triceps will make your biceps look bigger. Don't just curl your day away, hit those triceps HARD.

Agree. Arms are not complicated. If people focus on them like a primary muscle group, like they do chest and back, they'll develop quickly

It’s not the tweaks of the curls that are giving the size for him. It’s the angle that was created by sitting back on the bench.
