People, take advice from doctors and dietician on this matter …
Protein amount does not change between raw and cooked. It would have denatured though, and made more digestible by the human gut. But cooking either only concentrates or dilutes the protein content dependent on the cooking style

How am i to get 160g of protein per day from nuts/vegetables?

This is not true. Proteins are denatured during cooking and become more digestible as a result, not less. In general, cooking increases the usable content of food. For example you can't even eat raw beans or raw grains, which are some of the most protein rich foods for vegans. They have to be cooked in order to become digestible.

Sure but what about lectins and phytates in uncooked vegetables and in raw nuts? These cause inflammation and block nutrient absorption respectively.

Actually there was a study that proves something like this. Soluble fiber in vegs increases with cooking, insoluble fiber will be fermented into millions of super tiny amino acids in the colon, and apparently, actually absorbed. Insoluble fiber is more present in the raw foods, i actuañly think this checks out well. Also, specifically cellulose, an insoluble fiber, is the one tested to improve protein syntehsis through a recycling of nittrogen. Nitrogen is more abundant in plants vs meats, significantly so. And it is a cruccial thing for gaining muscle. No cap, i see that a ytber bryam turner is significantly bigger tham all those other natural omnivlres. And seeing how long hes been doing body building, and his story, i actually do believe je is a natural body builder. It makes sense, vegetarian animals can seem go bd bigger if given the chance to eat freely...

Advice to all: Don't eat raw vegetables like spinach. Always cook or boil before consuming. We can consume carrot, radish or onion raw, but never eat leafy vegeies raw
