i have subtalar arthritis i’ve tried medical grey boots, resting, ice, numerous amount of shoes like brooks, or ortho feet, ibprofen nothing none of those even take the edge away in the slightest. the only thing that has helped me is a cortisone shot twice a year for the last 2 years. literally feels 95% better like 4 maybe 5 months at a time.
